 The duties of the Membership Director are fairly simple: keep the membership roster up to date and send out information about the Association to prospective members. Membership dues for the Victoria Association are $10.00 a year, with a one time $5.00 initiation fee. Additionally, I have the jacket patches, window decals and the copies of back issues of The Bustle to sell to members. The patches and decals sell for $3.00 each, the complete set of back issues, 18 volumes, costs $65.00 including postage. I became Membership Director this spring, when Charlie Viosca and John Icenhower created the position and I volunteered. I retired after two terms as President of the San Diego MARC / MAFCA and figured I could help the Association. After finishing the restoration of a 1928 Roadster, I decided that a closed car would be more fun for my family to ride along in, and started searching for a Victoria. The body style interested me more than other sedans. I found a project car up near Reno, Nevada and started gathering the pieces. That’s where the project still stands, in pieces.
